With 8 entirely independent room entrances ensuring guest privacy, the villa strives to offer a luxurious yet unassuming experience, while maintaining adaptability and practicality in accommodation. The wine cellar proudly presents a curated selection of over 100 bottles of locally produced Apulian wines, expertly chosen by our sommelier.

The outdoors features an expansive garden spanning 11000 square meters, adorned with over 100 ancient olive trees, almond trees, and various other species native to the Apulian landscape such as pomegranate trees and herbs such as sage, rosemary, and lavender. Notably, the garden is perched on a terraced slope, offering a picturesque setting where guests can unwind amidst the tranquil surroundings. At the top of the hill the hot tub, the sauna, and the infinity pool are placed to provide an unparalleled vantage point to soak in the breath-taking vista.

Accommodation:

  • Stanza Ottone: This 29 square meters room with vaulted ceilings has a private entrance as well as direct access to the main lounge, a comfortable 160x200 cm King Size bed, and the most spacious private bathroom on the property. Adorned with antique brass fittings, the bathroom features a delightful heated 4-person Jacuzzi, showcasing the room's original floor.

  • Stanza Terra: This 30 square meters room has a private entrance, a king size bed (160x200 cm), a large bathroom and a private lounge area. The ceiling is embellished with wooden beams. The storage area is particularly spacious.

  • Stanza Roccia: This 41 square meters suite has a private entrance as well as an entrance directly from the lounge, a double bed (140x200 cm), a large bathroom and a private lounge with a three-seater sofa. The ceiling of the lounge is embellished with wooden beams. The bedroom has been excavated into the sedimentary rock.

  • Stanza Aqcua: This 24 square meters room has a private entrance, a super king size bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom. The ceiling is embellished with wooden beams. The room features baldaquin bed.

  • Stanza Fieno: This 23 square meters suite has a private entrance, a king size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom. The ceiling is embellished with wooden beams that intersect both horizontally and vertically, and one of the two walls is made of stones modelled by hand. It has a beautiful view into the light well garden of succulent plants. The entrance is through a dedicated courtyard connecting with the pool area.

  • Stanza Grano: This 13 square metres room with stone-vauted ceilings has access through the kitchen. It features a king size bed (160x200 cm). It has a very large bathroom of about 10 square metres accessible through the corridor.

  • Stanza Calce: This 16 square meters room with stone-vaulted ceilings features a super king size bed (180x200 cm). Its guest can connect it with Stanza Argilla to make it a family suite of two bedrooms, one bathroom.

  • Stanza Aria: This 16 square meters room is the only one that is located on the first floor. It has a private entrance and a private terrace which oversees the whole of the valley. It is equipped with a king size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom. The ceiling is embellished with wooden beams.
