The Best Of Australia
From sunset sails on Sydney Harbour and immersive Outback experiences at Uluru, to snorkelling the crystal-clear waters of the Great Barrier Reef.
Coast & islands
Australia’s coastline stretches for thousands of kilometres, shaped by pristine beaches, island escapes and the world’s largest coral reef system, the Great Barrier Reef. From tropical waters to remote archipelagos, coastal Australia offers effortless access to nature, marine life and a relaxed outdoor rhythm.
Outback & savannahs
Inland, the landscape shifts dramatically. Vast outback regions and savannahs reveal ancient geology, wide horizons and remote wilderness. Here, guided wildlife encounters, walking and driving expeditions, and permanent tented camps offer safari-style experiences unique to Australia’s most isolated environments.
cities & culture
Australia’s cities bring energy and refinement to the journey. Sydney stands out for its harbour, architecture, food scene shaped by global influences and local produce and coastal lifestyle, while other urban centres contribute to a rich cultural landscape of dining, arts, and sport — all set against natural backdrops.
WHEN TO VISIT
Australia is a year-round destination, but the most rewarding journeys are shaped by timing — and it’s important to note that the seasons are the reverse of Europe’s. With climates ranging from tropical in the north to temperate in the south, choosing the right season is key to experiencing the country at its best.
Spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May) are considered the most balanced times to travel, offering mild temperatures and excellent conditions across cities, coastlines and the Outback, without the extremes of peak summer heat or winter chill.
Seasonal Considerations:
December to February: Peak summer. Best for southern cities and coastal stays, but very hot inland and wet in the tropical north. June to August: Cooler in the south; excellent for the Outback and northern regions, though some southern coastal areas feel wintery.
