WHEN TO VISIT
Brazil’s diverse landscapes make it a true year-round destination. The Southeast and Northeast are at their best from September to early March, with warm, sunny weather. In the North, we recommend travelling from late June to late September, when the sun is out and the lagoons are full. For the Pantanal, June to October offers dry conditions and optimal wildlife viewing. The Amazon is rewarding at any time of year: June to November brings the dry season with river beaches and excellent hiking, while December to May marks the wet season, with higher water levels, frequent rain, and abundant wildlife.
