do i have to be a member to use your services?

No you do not need to be a member. All our services are á la carte and are available on an enquiry and request basis. However, membership gives you a series of benefits, including unlimited travel recommendations and reservations globally, access our top tier exclusive properties for rent (not available on the website), unlimited lifestyle concierge, two complimentary vacation wardrobe services per year and VIP benefits and personalised voyager gifts.


are all your services bespoke?

Yes all of our services are bespoke and tailored to a clients requirements.


Are all your properties featured on the website

No not all of our properties are featured on the website. We also have a private collection of luxury villas and properties not available on the website, so please do enquire about your destination/preferences and we will find the perfect place for you.


do you offer flights?

No we don’t offer flights, but we have a partner who can take care of this for clients. Our travel services include luxury hotels and villas, lifestyle concierge services and our vacation wardrobe service.


What is your Covid - 19 booking policy and are you allowing flexible booking?

My Vacation Stylist FAQ’S

IS #MYVACATIONSTYLIST WARDROBE SERVICE TO BUY OR TO RENT?

#MyVacationStylist is a personal shopping styling service where the clothes are to buy.


How much does #MyVacationStylist cost?

The service is a £245 styling/ personal shopping fee which includes our time curating the edit, expertise and any exchanges/returns needed. If you are a voyager member, two seasonal vacation wardrobes services are included per year for you or your family members.


For the #MyVacationStylist service, who long do I need to leave before my Vacation?

We say allow two weeks for the styling service and shipping. If you need the service for an upcoming trip that is sooner than that, it is also possible under our express service. Please make a request on the website or email vacationstylist@voyagerclub.co


Can I purchase the #MyVacationStylist service as a gift?

Yes absolutely! Our clients love to buy this as gifts. You can purchase a gift card here


Do you offer complimentary shipping, exchanges and returns?

Yes complimentary global express shipping as well as exchanges and returns, hassle free.


HO W MANY PIECES DO YOU CURATE AS PART OF THE #MVACATIONSTYLIST WARDROBE SERVICE?

We can curate up to 30 pieces per wardrobe. The client can select which ones they would like to try.
