WHEN TO VISIT
Colombia can be enjoyed year-round, but the best conditions vary by region. Dry, sunny days from January to March are ideal for coastal escapes, city stays, and Andean adventures. Shoulder months from April to May and September to November offer green landscapes, fewer crowds, and perfectly timed experiences for immersive travel. Avoid December as temperatures and humidity are extremely high, Bogotá is quiet during the festive season, and Cartagena becomes overcrowded and uncomfortable.
