The interiors are recently renovated with a design-led Italian eye and an eclectic mix of European, American and Moroccan styles. The owners are Italian-American and live in Tangier and have a passion for both design & experience. The house comes with a pool, garden and 3 terraces with lots of space. There is a cook and staff to look after your every need and they use fresh, local ingredients. The house is ideally located 10-15 minutes from the City & Medina and 15 minutes from the beaches, in the best neighbourhood, making it an exceptional Tangier villa with pool. For active voyagers, the surfing spots & golf are 10 minutes away from the house. Pilates, stretching and yoga, tennis, horseback riding and hiking, some of the many activities which can also be arranged. Tangier has beautiful warm & sunny temperatures in the summer and cooler evenings with a refreshing breeze.

First Floor: Sage suite: double bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet, walk-in closet, terrace overlooking the city and the bay.
Purple suite: twin beds (100x200), en-suite bathroom with tub and bidet, walk-in closet, terrace overlooking the city and the bay.
Turquoise room: a single bed (90x200), en-suite bathroom with shower, built-in closets.
Second and Top Floor: The top floor is an apartment accessible either through the house or from a separate entrance leading to the street. Both bedrooms and the living room access the large rooftop terrace/solarium overlooking the garden, the city and the bay.
Beige suite: double bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, build-in closet.
Rainbow suite: twin beds (90x200), en-suite bathroom with shower, build-in closet.
There is also a walk-in closet accessible for both suites.
Living room: sitting area, dining area (seats 4), fully equipped kitchenette.
The Garden:
The garden is terraced on 3 levels.
The first level is a terrace with a shaded dining area for 8 guests.
The second level is garden/lawn with a swimming pool (9 metres, no safety fence), pool house, bathroom and outdoor shower.
The roof of the pool house is also a terrace/solarium with seating area.
The third level is lawn.

Daily cleaning service, a cook and a houseman are included and the staff runs the errands.
Laundry service is included and there is a basket for dirty laundry in each dressing room; staff should be informed of special items that require dry cleaning.
Sheets and towels are changed twice for one week stay and every three days for longer stays.

The cook prepares meals using fresh, local ingredients and all meals are home cooked. Guests are requested to inform the staff of their meal plans 24 hours in advance.
For stays of more than 3 nights: guests reimburse the staff for food and beverages expenses. Stays of less than 3 nights: breakfast costs 5 euros per guest, the main meal 25 euros per guest, the second meal of the day 15 euros per guest; guests reimburse the staff for wine and spirits expenses and soft drinks are offered.
