In order to confirm your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 90 days prior to the beginning of the trip via invoice or payment link which will be sent by email.

• International and domestic airfare unless explicitly stated in the itinerary

• Meals, drinks, and snacks not specified in the itinerary

• Alcoholic beverages

• Optional tours, activities, and excursions not included in the itinerary

• Gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff (optional but appreciated)

• Medical expenses, vaccinations (if required)

• Baggage fees or excess luggage charges

• Any costs incurred due to delays, cancellations, or schedule changes outside Voyager Club’s control, inc additional accommodations or transportation.

• Minimum Participation Requirement: This trip requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. Confirmation will be provided once this minimum is met, allowing you to book airfare and other transportation.

• Airfare Booking Recommendation: If you book airfare before final confirmation, we recommend choosing refundable fares or securing travel insurance to protect against additional costs due to date changes or cancellations.

• Travel and Cancellation Insurance: Voyager Club strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including coverage for lost luggage, accidents, illness, and emergency medical evacuation. Voyager Club can help provide insurance with our trusted supplier.

• Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip. Full payment must be made 90 days prior to arrival, otherwise, Voyager Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation and forfeit the paid deposit.

• Cancellations by Participants: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation relative to the trip start date. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.

• Cancellations or Changes by Voyager Club: In the event Voyager Club cancels the trip, participants will receive a full refund of payments made to Voyager Club. However, Voyager Club is not responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred, such as flights or other travel arrangements.

• Health and Fitness Requirements: Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically capable of completing the itinerary. Voyager Club reserves the right to decline bookings from participants who may not meet these requirements.

• Health Insurance: Participants are responsible for securing health insurance that covers medical care during travel, including coverage for pre-existing conditions and any health-related emergencies.

• Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their passports, visas, and any required travel permits are valid for the duration of the trip.

• Liability: Voyager Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the trip unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

• Force Majeure: Voyager Club is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or transportation strikes.

• Photography and Media Usage: Photographs or video recordings of participants may be used for educational and promotional purposes by Voyager Club or the host organization.

• Behaviour Expectations: Participants are expected to respect the local culture, laws, and fellow travellers. Voyager Club reserves the right to remove individuals from the trip for inappropriate behaviour without compensation.

• Itinerary Adjustments: Every effort will be made to deliver the itinerary as presented; however, Voyager Club reserves the right to make any changes to the itinerary. Furthermore, Voyager Club reserves the right to amend the itinerary. Prices are based on current rates and availability. Voyager Club reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, increased transportation costs, or other factors outside our control.
