In the charming village of Paradou, nestled between Fontvielle and Maussane-les-Alpilles, the Mas de Fontvielle stands as an emblem of Provençal elegance. Designed by renowned architects Liliana and Alain Meylan, this exceptional luxury villa in Provence offers a serene retreat at the foot of ancient olive trees, surrounded by 19 hectares of lush, private land.
This Provence luxury villa rental features a spectacular 19m infinity pool that seamlessly connects the house to the expansive gardens, offering breathtaking views of the Alpilles. In the evenings, the garden and stone façade come alive with the warm glow of the sunset, creating a magical atmosphere. Inside, the villa boasts two large living rooms with cozy sky-blue sofas and a large stone fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings.
A huge plane tree, over 300 years old, stands guard over the house which was once the village town hall and also its public school. Today the cries of playful children have given way to calm in the large park of this private residence, where we rest and have lunch in the shade of the plane tree. The impressive facade in warm colours, its large arches and its stone lintels remind us of the know-how of yesteryear. The infinity pool, the gardens and groves provide the freshness necessary to withstand the heat of the Provençal sun.
