THE VILLA

The stunning four bedroom villa is one of the most beautiful villas on the island, superbly situated in an elevated position, with breath-taking views across the Caribbean Sea and five acres of land.  There are striking 360 degree views of the surrounding area from an elevation of 200 feet. It is also the only villa at Tryall to offer a private tennis court. Outside there is a beautiful heated pool, covered terrace area and seating area perfect for alfresco dining. The beach is only two minutes away by golf buggy and there is a fantastic golf course.

Little Hill is perfect house for entertaining with seating for twenty-four on a hundred foot long terrace and because of its elevated position, it enjoys gentle breezes throughout the year. The house is beautifully designed with stunning antiques and furniture as well as particularly fine linens and china.

There are four spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (with the possibility of one twin) as well as good cupboard space and safes in all of the bedrooms. There is AC in all of the bedrooms as well as fans for individual preference. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and there is wi-fi with internet throughout the house. The villa comes fully staffed to take care of your every need with wonderful chef, butler, two housekeepers, laundress and three gardeners. Massages can be organised in the villa as well as babysitters
