Masseria Pergola is a fully restored 350 year old farmstead with a series of connected buildings and outbuildings, set in 4 hectares of private gardens surrounded by Estate vineyards and woodland.
The main house the cumersa, meaning gabled roof house, is the heart of this Puglia luxury villa rental. This is where the main family lived and most likely built in 1750. The architects have meticulously maintained the original structure and features to create the main house. It is home to the largest indoor areas at the Masseria and four magnificent suites.
The Chef prepares 2 meals a day, specialising in Puglian cooking using local produce often from the estate’s kitchen gardens. The housekeeping staff will prepare breakfast every morning.
This luxury villa in Puglia enjoys a beautiful pool, all round tennis court, hamman, beautiful walks and cycling routes as well as multiple outdoor dining areas and pizza oven.
The house is just 15 minutes from beaches of Savalletri – the House enjoys panoramic views of the valley with all the vineyards. It is only 5 minutes drive to Alberobello, 25 minutes to Monopoli and 30 minutes to Ostuni and Martina Franca, the house is perfectly located for exploring the area.

10 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus additional sofabed in living room area (connects to a bedroom, suitable for children/nanny), the Masseria can sleep 20 comfortably. Most bedrooms have have ceramic roll top or large stone baths as well as walk-in showers.

Chef prepares 2 meals a day, specialising in Puglian cooking using local produce often from the estate’s kitchen gardens. One meal per day will be prepared by the chef in advance - cold meats, salads etc that the housekeeping staff will lay out. The second meal the chef will be present for.
