The estate extends to the historic Camí de Cavalls, Menorca’s coastal walking trail, and from the edge of the property it is just a short walk to Es Canutells beach. Despite its sense of seclusion, the villa remains conveniently close to local life, with the village of Sant Climent only a three-minute drive away and Mahón just 15 minutes from the house, offering excellent waterfront restaurants along the harbour.
Designed with larger families and groups in mind, the property combines refined interiors with exceptional outdoor spaces. The main house features six bedrooms, complemented by a four-bedroom guest house, a 26-metre swimming pool, gym, vineyard, and even a treehouse for children. A dedicated house team — including a private chef, waiters, housekeepers, and gardeners — ensures a seamless, fully serviced stay from the moment you arrive.
