The villa, set in grounds of 9,000 sq. m, is located next to the pretty village of Kampos which is a 15 minute drive from the Hora and just 1.5 km away from the most popular sandy beach of the island (also called Kampos) and Skala just 4.5 km. This peaceful luxury villa Patmos is tranquil and yet not isolated. The view to the sea is beautiful, and the orientation of the house is ideal, as the north winds of August hit the back side of the house, leaving the verandas with their sea view quite protected. The property consists of two houses:
MAIN HOUSE
Two-level building with its own separate entrances on each level:
Bedroom 1 - spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room.Upper floor: main living area, a fully equipped kitchen (Arc Linea)
LOWER LEVEL
Bedroom 2 - bedroom with twin beds
Bedroom 3 - double bedroom
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a shower room
SECOND HOUSE
15 meters away and has a kitchenette and outside sitting area for 6 shaded by a pergola.
Bedrooms 4 & 5: double bedrooms, each with their own shower-room.
Both houses have a spacious veranda in front with lovely sea views. The house is built by the architect Dimitris Konstantinidis. The teak furniture is custom-made. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
