The living space of Villa Printemps is 400m2 and sits on a piece of land of 4000m2. The private villa in St Tropez has 3 living areas inside along with terraces on the first floor and on the ground floor, a veranda and pool area running along the length of the house. On the ground floor there is large sitting room, open plan kitchen and dining room, downstairs loo and three en-suite double bedrooms. Upstairs, the Master bedroom is en-suite (equipped with Hammam and a Jacuzzi bath), in addition to two further double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There are terraces on the 1st floor with large French doors opening onto the garden/pool area running along the length of the house. Tennis Table. American BBQ, Mountain Bike. Heated swimming pool.
