Surrounded by green hills and olive groves, just a short drive from the pretty fishing village of Alyki with its tavernas, bars, and beaches, lies this elegant luxury villa in Paros, with a private drive down to the curved sandy beach of Tripiti. The previous owner was a keen gardener and landscaped the grounds with drifts of lavender, alliums, cystus, scented geraniums, rosemary, oregano, and mint, while hedges of oleanders and swathes of jasmine scent the air. Beyond it, all is a gleam of the dark blue sea.
Wooden floors, pale painted shutters, and clean white interiors frame the deceptively simple, chic furnishings. French doors open out onto a wonderful cane-shaded pergola with generously cushioned seating areas and views over the sea to the sunset. The pool is at some distance from the house which allows for security for small children and serenity on the terrace!
This Paros luxury villa rental consists of two houses - the main house with living areas and two guest bedrooms, and a Master wing with a small office space, the master bedroom and a second guest bedroom. Finally a few steps above the master wing is an independent guest room with great views to the sea. The specifications are very high and the house offers discreet luxury and comfort. The villa is entered through a courtyard, which leads out to a covered terrace with two seating areas with the views of the garden through three graceful arches. To the left is the master wing and to the right is the main house and the rest of the living spaces.
